I ordered a Surface Pro 3 bundle. I received the first shipment and it only contained the protective case. The packing slip said it contained the keyboard and Office365 too. I called Microsoft who in turn called the shipper stating the package was never delivered. I then called, emailed and wrote Microsoft who calls and emails but never has details or a resolution. They're crooks!!
