I bought an ASUS Zenbook and shortly after 30 days the screen developed a defect. Seven months later, the Zenbook has been returned for repair under warranty TWO times and it still has not been fixed.
After pressuring ASUS for a refund, they only offered to trade me a "used" Zenbook. Not what I expected, after spending good money on a new unit, I ultimately get a used unit. Microsoft store customer support hid behind the 30 day return policy and denied my request for refund. Microsoft case # 1408152719.
Microsoft told me the escalation group would review and get back to me in 48 hours, 4 days later, I had to call them to findout the refund was denied. BAD unit ASUS ZenBook Flip UX360CA from microsoftstore.com
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $546.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
