Ordered Windows 10 Pro on Tuesday (Aug 15) and paid for expedited (2-3 days) shipping. Got notice on Friday (Aug 18) that it had shipped and now the tracing information says delivery on Wednesday (Aug 23).

That's over 7 days! VERY POOR PERFORMANCE. Contacted customer service. Unable to do anything.

Passed on to billing. Waste of time. Why does this need 'at least' 100 words? The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy white dog.
