Before you buy anything online with the Microsoft store, Beware !!! Bought a Dell Inspiron 11 laptop on November 28th and paid for expedited shipping.
Two weeks later item showed as 'pending' Rang Microsoft and was advised 'we have no stock' we will contact within 24 hours to 48 hours with an alternative. Nearly a month later, no refund, no laptop.
I ring Microsoft every day, get put on hold and eventually the phone gets disconnected I am 'on hold' yet again as I type this and looks like this is the standard procedure. Seriously Bill gates I know you love your wealth but does your company really need to steal from customers !!
