fixed the pen after being on with customer service for over an hour last night in about 2 seconds and told me to watch the video on how to and then left me sitting here while I am writing this review. It hasn't been 90 days since I bought this machine and right now I will return it and buy the apple product.
Wanted this program to learn office 365 but since these techs are so none customer service friendly I think I know what I am going to do. Very ignorant people. some have blue t shirts and some have green t shirts and yellow t shirts.
Tim did not help me but his Indian buddy did and gave me Tim's business card. They do not make you feel like you want to return.
