I ordered an XBOX holiday bundle for my kids for christmas in October.I opened it up just before christmas to set it up for the kids so it was ready on christams day and I would wrap the empty box.

When I opened it, the invoice DID NOT match my order even though the SKU was correct. I ordered the Holiday bundle which should have come with 3 games and it only came with 1 game. In addition the headset was not in the box. I called microsoft on December 22 to get this resolved before christmas and they said in 24 hours I would b receiving a call or email.

I called after the 24 hours after not hearing from them and the support line said, no now its 72 hours. I called after the 72 hours after not hearing from anyone and they apologized and said wait one more day.

7 days later I call and again I get the "wait one more day" line.Long and short, they did not give me the product for which I paid then would not even attempt to fix their mistake.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Brush off.
